The rooms were really clean, beds were very comfortable, I'm pregnant and I seen on the menu they had tot nachos(yum) I make the order and they tells me there not tots or fries and there's not gonna have them for the morning breakfast, completely devested, I say ok. The next morning I go to get a coffee and ask the lady helping me what happened with the tots and fries, I explained to her what happened the night before and she explained they do have them, she's not sure why i was told that and comp my meal for the inconvenience. So appreciative, and I will definitely be returning when I come back to Oakland

Location is great! Without traffic, it's about a 6 or so minute ride to the airport. They provided a free Lyft ride upon our arrival. Didn't use that free service for departure since our flight was at 5 am and the service doesn't start till then. Check-in was great, we were able to secure a room 3 hours before actual check-in. Rooms are clean and decent size.

The staff at the front desk in Oakland Courtyard exceeded my expectations with their customer service. Being a frequent traveler my experience throughout the country, customer service across the board is not existent. Typically, the individuals I encounter are surly, lackadaisical, unfriendly, and lacking a spark of enthusiasm. Rare to find the following qualities that your employees demonstrated towards me during my stay, polite, attentive to my needs, express a desire to help and make stay an enjoyable three days. The Courtyard on the East Coast cannot match the quality this property provides.

Loved how professional and helpful the staff was during my stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when I had a question or need. The food was excellent at their bistro. When I departed they made sure my Lyft driver successfully entered the property.

We only ate dinner at the Bistro, it was delicious and fairly priced. The cook did an excellent job! The room was very clean and nice appearance, liked the big window with a huge tree

Clean, comfortable and well appointed and furnished room and communal lobby area. On site restaurant was reasonably priced and "pub style" food was fine.

The service from Issa, was the best we have experienced in a long time. We had a terrible experience with another hotel same evening, so we made the booking and thirty minutes after, Issa assured us that we would have a great stay. everything from organizing the shuttle from the Drop at car-rental to next mornings shuttle pickup for the airport, worked to perfection. Even the guy, standing in the restaurant/bar was so polite and with a great enthusiasm, asked about how our day was and explained about the food and drinks he offered. If you want to have a good experience, for an early flight departure next day. Don’t consider booking Marriot. just so it.

It was very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The only issue I would say that I experienced was housekeeping. We were in the middle of getting ready and asked for them to come back in 5-10 min to clean our room and replace towels, etc…. it didn’t happen. I had to go back down to get toilet paper and more towels and toilet paper. Parking was hard at night cause it was so packed but the security was very nice and helpful. Over all, great place to stay if your ever in Oakland.

The facility was well kept, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The area that the hotel is located isn't the best, but that's Oakland.
